Upon arrival please remain in your car and I will signal you when to come in for your appointment.

​

Please refrain from bringing extra people with you. No more than one extra guest.
Clients are responsible for any damages made by guests under the age of 18.

​

If you are running late, please let me know so I can let my other clients know if I have to adjust their appointment times.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 1-2hrs before your appointment time. Any later will result in you losing your booking and fee. You will have to re-book again at another available date.

​

No Call No Show will result in a $15 fee.  

 

All bookings OVER $20 will require a 30% deposit (Will be deducted from your service)

IF you are getting any lash services:

Come with clean lashes!

PLEASE remove any oils, eyeshadow, mascara, makeup, etc.

If I have to clean your lashes from any build-up it will result in a $10 fee.

I DO NOT work off others' work.   

Remember to ALWAYS clean your lashes. (Extensions won’t stick to dirty lashes)

PLEASE DO NOT wear strip lashes over your extensions. If so it will require removal of $10 and a new full set.
